Panendoscope | A flexible endoscope capable of examining the esophagus, stomach, and proximal duodenum |

Port-asystemic shunt | Surgical creation of an artificial communication between the portal venous systems and other veins |
Prosthesis | An artificial device used to replace a missing part of the body |
